Plans for beer festival, night markets and New Year’s Eve fireworks dominate Birmingham Post

Plans by Westside BID for the biggest beer festival in Europe, night markets and an exciting New Year’s Eve fireworks display are dominating this week’s Birmingham Post.

The future vision for the business district had already been outlined by new BID chair Gerald Manton when he was formally appointed earlier this year.

But now, after an interview by the Post’s business correspondent Tamlyn Jones, the plans have been displayed in more detail on the front page and in a full-page focus on page 11 in this week’s premier business newspaper.
