WOWs 2023: Westside’s top awards night hits the stage in January

The Wonders of Westside are returning in January 2023 as a new stage show, bringing laughter and cheer to all businesses across the district.

The highly anticipated annual awards – otherwise known as the WOWs – reward businesses and staff for their achievements throughout the year.

Westside Business Improvement District (BID) is now calling for awards nominations and is inviting bookings for the WOWs ceremony, which will take place at The Crescent theatre on 22 January 2023.

Tickets cost just £10, which includes SIX free drinks.

Elaine Weir, business liaison manager at Westside BID, explained that the awards show in 2023 would be planned in an exciting theatre-style format.

Ms Weir said: “We’ve listened to member suggestions and changed the format of the event to take place on stage with a theatre audience, so it’s more accessible to all businesses.

“It will be great to see our members having a great time networking and making lifelong friendships.

“This year’s WOWs will be slightly different – far more laid back and we hope to have so much fun!”

Nomination forms for the awards are now available here: Nomination-Form-23.pdf

Download the form, fill it in and return it to the BID office or scan and send it back to luisa.huggins@westsidebid.co.uk by 9am on Friday 16 December 2022.
