Don’t miss Westside’s in-person well-being trip to Legoland Discovery Centre

The first round of Westside BID’s new ‘Be kind to your mind’ programme culminates in a trip to the Legoland Discovery Centre next week.

Lots of staff across Westside have already been enjoying the virtual events which have so far included a Tabata workout and a relaxing Pilates session.

Now organisers have arranged for a mindful Legoland session from 4.30pm on Thursday 5 October where participants will enjoy a series of de-stressing exercises followed by a short film in the 4D cinema, and then fun experience on the Kingdom Quest ride.

Luisa Huggins, media and communications manager at Westside BID, said: “We’re really pleased at the success of our weekly well-being events online, and are happy at how they have left staff on Westside feeling so good.

“We are now delighted to be hosting an in-person event at Legoland and would love as many people as possible to turn up. All are welcome to bopok a space!”
