VIDEO: Santa’s little helpers spotted on Broad Street with a peculiar giant vacuum!

Was it a bird, or was it a sleigh? Visitors to Broad Street couldn’t quite believe their eyes this morning when two of Santa’s little helpers were spotted operating a strange looking machine.
