Westside BID Lunch & Learn helps professionals refocus for final quarter.

Professionals from across Birmingham’s Westside community came together yesterday (17th September) for a lunch & Learn session focused on wellbeing, goal setting and making the most of the final months of 2026.

Hosted by Westside BID at the Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Brindleyplace, the session was led by Westside’s Wellness Consultant Harriette Luscombe, who delivered a series of practical and interactive activities designed to help attendees reflect on their priorities and develop realistic plans for the final quarter.

The session formed part of Westside BID’s ongoing Lunch & Learn programme, which provides local professionals with accessible opportunities for learning, development and networking during the working day.

Participants were encouraged to step away from their usual routines, share ideas with fellow professionals and explore practical wellbeing tools that could be applied in both their personal and working lives.

The event follows Westside BID’s focus on supporting the wider business community through initiatives that promote professional development, connection and wellbeing.
