Families and fireworks enthusiasts are being invited to an exciting evening of entertainment as the Light Up the Sky Fireworks Extravaganza prepares to take place on Saturday 7th November, at Old Yardleians Rugby Club in Shirley.
Organised by Matt’s Mission Children’s Charity, based in Westside, the event promises an action-packed evening from 6pm to 10pm, featuring two spectacular fireworks displays, a giant bonfire and a variety of activities for all ages.
Visitors can look forward to live music, food vendors, entertainment, children’s rides, soft play, face painting, stalls and mascot appearances.

Adding to the excitement, the evening will also feature dance performances from a K-pop tribute act and JD DanceVibe, bringing music and energy to the celebrations.
The event will also shine a spotlight on the work of Matt’s Mission, a Westside-based charity dedicated to creating smiles for seriously ill children and supporting children and their families.
The event takes place at Old Yardleians Rugby Club, Shirley, B90 1PW, with organisers encouraging families to secure their tickets in advance.
With fireworks, music, dancing and plenty of family entertainment, the Light Up the Sky Fireworks Extravaganza promises to be a memorable evening for the local community while supporting a worthwhile local cause.
