We are looking for a Warden Operations Manager plus Warden operatives to be the friendly and professional face of Westside BID —supporting businesses, enhancing visitor experience, and ensuring our vibrant BID area runs safely and smoothly.
As a key liaison between Westside BID and the businesses within it, you’ll provide visible, pro-active patrols and support across the district.
From dealing with; anti-social behaviour, reporting incidents, keeping Westside clean, helping with events, pastoral work supporting and sign posting help for the street community and other vulnerable persons, to taking part in joint patrols with Birmingham City Council, West Midlands Police and other stakeholders.
Your work will help maintain a thriving, safe, and welcoming Westside BID area.

Westside Wardens x 5 – Fulltime roles (Parttime roles may be considered dependant on business requirements being fulfilled)
