Don’t miss the first Westside Wellbeing Festival this Thursday 25 July

The inaugural Westside Wellbeing Festival takes place this Thursday 25 July, with a range of exciting free sessions in Centenary Square.

The festival, which runs between 12.30 and 4.30pm, will offer guests the chance to sample musical meditation, foraging, seated yoga and mindful reading.

The events will be introduced by local media personality Lorraine Olley, with other offerings including mindful drawing, essential self defence, creativityand AI, plus silent disco. The full is listed programme below:
