New menu to flow from two Westside restaurants

A new seasonal menu is to make a ‘splash’ at two restaurants in Brindleyplace as Lulu Wild and Siamais launch the latest tasty edition to their Enchanted Tales series – Chapter 3, Water.

The aquatic inspired, limited edition menu, “Depths of the Oasis”, is now available at both the Chinese and Thai restaurants, designed to conjure up memories of sun-drenched holidays spent enjoying a glittering sea.

Guests sitting in The Nest dining space at Lulu Wild on Water’s Edge will feel as though they are floating in an atmospheric underwater world with décor reflecting a shimmering sea with coral, a stunning spectrum of blue blossoms and palm leaves.

Lulu’s specially curated menu features a lotus blossom noodle soup with pork loin, mushroom oyster sauce and garlic, which is paired with the sublime Deep Blue Sea cocktail – a mix of Patron Silver, coconut and lychee.

At the same time, guests at Siamais, in Oozells Square, can enjoy tasty Noodle Tom Yum with chicken, beansprouts and chilli flakes matched with their special Coral Reef cocktail – a blend of Patron Silver, lychee, elderflower and orange.

This immersive dining experience follows two previous chapters themed around the elements of Fire and Air. Two further chapters will delight guests later in the year – Earth will be available in September and Aether will launch before Christmas.

Naomi Aly from Lulu Wild said: “We are finally starting to see some warmer weather at last and our new Water menu will offer an oasis of refreshment from the heat of the summer sunshine.

“Our aim is to surprise and delight our guests and the team have worked really hard to create a truly special and memorable dining experience that I’m confident will do just that.”
