The Alchemist, Water’s Edge – three courses for £40 … or the Festive Bellini ‘extra experience’ is £60, including a festive cocktail after ‘an introductory drink and glitter’.

All Bar One, Water’s Edge – festive set menu includes three courses from £33.95. Add a glass of prosecco for £5 or a glass of Moët & Chandon for £10. Register online to claim a £20 welcome gift – and then get ‘rewarded’ during every visit with All Bar One Rewards.

Bank Restaurant Bar & Grill – three-course festive lunch menus are from £40.50pp and include a choice of six starters, seven mains and five desserts. The three-course dinner menu is £52.50 and includes an extra main and dessert choice.
Bistro Pierre, Gas Street – three courses are £31.95, or it’s two for £27.95. On Christmas Day, it’s £84.95 for four courses (£39.95 for under 12s).

The Botanist Canal House, Gas Street Basin –the Christmas menu is running until Tuesday 24 December. Prices vary by date and range from £26.95 for two courses or £31.95 for three courses, or £39.95 at peak times (Thursday to Saturday).
Box, Water’s Edge – the ‘Festive Feast’ menu is £26.95pp or add two drinks and call it £38.95 (minimum eight people). A Festive Bottomless offer for 90 minutes is £37.95pp.

The Brasshouse, Water’s Edge –book a table for six or more until 24 December and you will receive a £20 voucher to use in January. Burgers come with a free soft drink, upgradeable with £1 or £1.50 supplements. Two festive courses are £21.99, three will be £24.99pp.

The Celebrity Indian Restaurant, Broad Street – the ‘Christmas Banquet Menu’ including savouries, appetisers and main course is £19.95pp.
The Coconut Tree, Gas Street – three packages, all with a choice of three Sri Lankan dishes and a dessert. The ‘Santa Lanka’ lunch is £20. ‘Christmassive in the Island’ at lunch or evening with a glass of prosecco or beer upon arrival is £35. The Yule Not Regret It menu is £45, including two drinks, unlimited sides and condiments (lunch and evening).
Cosy Club, Brindleyplace – lunch options range from two courses (starter and main) or three courses. Prices from £29.95 for two courses, up to £41.95 for three evening courses, depending on the date.
Coyote Ugly, Broad Street –from £25 to £32.50 for 90 minutes of bottomless bubbles, pints and pizza.

The Distillery, Sheepcote Street – Christmas offers include a canapé menu, platter menu and pizza party menu, as well as traditional offerings. It’s £34 for two courses or £38 for three.
The Flapper, Cambrian Wharf – burgers from InABun are from £10 to £12, with fries from £5 to £8 for chopped cheese fries.

Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Brindleyplace – students get 20 per cent off Monday to Friday if they use the app.
Barbara’s Bier Haus, Broad Street – seven pints of Löwenbräu are £32 with table service only, or the price is just £16 with a 50 per cent discount offer before 10pm. All drinks are 50 per cent cheaper before 10pm.
Hilton Garden Hotel, Brindleyplace – a three-course dinner until 21 December is £34.95pp. Afternoon teas (noon to 3pm) are from £19.95pp. Three course festive lunches from noon to 5pm are from £24.95pp until 21 December.
Hyatt Hotel, Bridge Street – festive afternoon teas are available in the Aria restaurant from noon to 5pm until 30 December at £36 per person (glass of prosecco £9 extra). Not available Christmas Day.

Las Iguanas, Brindleyplace – the Fiesta Festival menu for Christmas has two courses + cocktail for £25.95 or £29.95 for three courses with cocktail.
Leonardo Hotel, Broad Street – Christmas party nights (Thuto Sat before Christmas) are from £49 to £53 and include glass of fizz upon arrival, a three-course festive dinner, half a bottle of wine, DJ. Doors 7pm, seated 7.45pm, carriages midnight. Or stay the night at special rates!
Lulu Wild, Brindleyplace – the three-course ‘Cosmic Christmas Menu’ is £60pp.
The Malt House, Cambridge Street – a turkey dinner on the pub classics menu will be £16.95 and a Christmas pudding is £6.75.
Mr Mulligan’s, Broadway Plaza – prices from £24pp for a game of golf and two drinks, £28pp for a game of golf, two drinks and light bites, or its £40 with ‘ultimate Xmas buffet’ instead of light bites.
O’Neill’s, Broad Street – a three-course festive menu is £18.50 or it’s £15.50 for a festive buffet menu. Register online for more offers via a Rewards account with O’Neill’s.

Park Regis Hotel, Broad Street – the hotel’s annual festive afternoon tea is £29.45 per person (£12.95 per child). A glass of Laurent Perrier Champagne is £12.95.
Peg & Grill, Bishopsgate Street – sign up online for a 25 per cent discount offer (food only). Valid Sun to Thu in December and until Sunday, 9 February. A three-course Christmas Day menu including a free glass of sparkling or house wine is £39.99.
Perios, Water’s Edge – 50 per cent off all tacos all day Tuesday, when there’s also a special Mexican lunch menu for £14. Food and unlimited drinks offer – £35 every day from noon to 4pm.
Piccolino, Oozells Square – it’s £39.95 for the Christmas lunch menu until 5pm, or £49.95 for the three-course festive dinner menu, per person.
Pitcher & Piano, Water’s Edge – the ‘Festive Fayre’ menu is £24 for three courses (or it’s two for £29, available Sunday to Wednesday from noon to 3pm). A Festive Buffet is £23 per person (minimum ten people).
PizzaExpress, ICC – a ‘Christmas feast’ starter and main is £20.95 or it’s £27.95 for three courses until 1 January. A ‘Family bundle’ offer costs £59 for two large Classic pizzas, one portion of Doppio Dough Balls and any two sides – valid Monday to Sunday.

Pushkar Indian Restaurant, Broad Street – a Lunch BUN Christmas Party from noon to 2.30pm on Wednesday 18 December as a networking and relationship building event.
Qavali, Broad Street – a Champagne afternoon tea is £40, including a glass of Champagne (the ‘traditional’ afternoon tea is £35).
Reflex, Broad Street – drinks packages from £100 to £250 for one bottle of spirit plus selected mixers for your party.
Ribeye Steakhouse, Brindleyplace – a four-course party menu with a a mocktail included is £55 per head.
Rosie’s, Broad Street – drinks packages for parties range from £105, £115 and £125 up to £255 for a magnum bottle of Ciroc vodka (1.75l, 40%) and choices of mixers.
The Slug & Lettuce, Water’s Edge – reopened in March after a major makeover, as with the Brasshouse if you book a table for six or more before Christmas Eve, you will get a £20 voucher to use in January. The main festive menu offers two courses for £32 or three for £36.
Snobs, Broad Street – its Office Christmas Party night on 19 December from 10.30pm has a memo to guests: ‘Keep it strictly (un)professional and don’t do anything we wouldn’t do… it’s time for your Office Christmas Party’. Drinks offers include two Hooch for £8 or Sambucca x4 for £10.

Tap & Spile, Gas Street – two courses for £15.99 or three for £18.99.
Walkabout, Broad Street – there’s a Christmas jumper weekend from 13-15 December and you can get a £20 voucher to spend in January by booking a table for six before Christmas. The Christmas set menu is two courses for £20.99 or three for £23.99.
Wetherspoon pubs The Figure of Eight and Soloman Cutler, Broad Street – it’s £11.99 (soft drink) or £13.52 (alcoholic drink) for sliced turkey breast with winter vegetables. Pigs in blankets are £5.19 (any three small plates for £14.93), cookies and cream blondie with ice cream, £5.57.
Zizzi, Brindleyplace – three-course set menu until 5 January is £26.50.
Meanwhile, The Prince of Wales on Cambridge Street is thinking of those less fortunate. It has partnered with the Birmingham Food Bank as a collection point for its local food bank.
