Professional education provider BPP has relocated its Birmingham operation to Brindleyplace, moving from Colmore Circus and taking 20,000 sq ft at 3 Brindleyplace on a 10-year lease.
The deal is one of the largest office lettings in Birmingham this year and supports BPP’s plans to expand its city offering. The provider delivers apprenticeships and professional qualifications across law, finance and technology, working with major employers on career-focused training.
BPP now occupies part of the ground and first floors of the building, featuring 11 flexible classrooms, online learning rooms, student support spaces and upgraded audio-visual facilities. The fit-out is based on its flagship London centre.

Mark Griffiths, BPP Chief Property Officer, said Brindleyplace offers a “vibrant, well-connected environment that aligns with the organisation’s ambition to create high-quality learning spaces”. He highlighted the estate’s security, transport links, and amenity offering as key factors behind the decision.
The move has been welcomed by landlord Praxis, which manages Brindleyplace. Asset Manager Matt Long said BPP’s arrival signals “an exciting time for the estate” and provides a strong endorsement of its workspace offering.
The move further strengthens Brindleyplace’s position as a growing hub for education and professional services in Birmingham.
