Since joining the hotel just over a year ago, Natalie has built a reputation for a “people first” approach to sales. “Strong results come from genuinely understanding what a client needs and making sure they feel looked after from the first conversation onwards,” she explains. For Natalie, the most rewarding aspect of her role is the people she works with. “I’m lucky to have great support and guidance from my Director of Sales, as well as the wider hotel and sales team, which makes a huge difference day to day,” she says.
