Westside BID is inviting local professionals to kick off September with renewed purpose through an interactive Lunch & Learn designed to help participants reset their goals and build momentum for the final quarter of 2026.
Recognising that many return from the summer holidays wondering where the year has gone, the event forms part of Westside BID’s ongoing Lunch & Learn programme, which provides accessible learning and development opportunities that fit conveniently into the working day. The sessions are designed to help busy professionals gain new skills, ideas and inspiration during their lunch break without taking time away from work.
The session will be led by Westside BID’s Wellness Consultant, Harriette Luscombe, who will guide attendees through practical, interactive activities designed to help them refocus, reconnect with their priorities and create a realistic plan for the months ahead.

Media and Communications Manager Luisa Huggins said:
“September is often a natural reset after the summer, and this Lunch & Learn is about helping people make the most of that fresh start. As part of our ongoing Lunch &Learn programme, we’re committed to providing accessible learning opportunities that fit into busy working lives. These sessions give people the chance to step away from their desks, connect with others across the Westside community and return to work feeling inspired, focused and equipped with practical ideas they can put into action straight away.”
The event also offers an opportunity to collaborate with others from the Westside community, sharing ideas and insights through a series of interactive activities. By the end of the lunch hour, participants will leave with fresh motivation, practical well-being tools and a realistic action plan to finish 2026 on a high.
Lunch will be provided, making it an accessible and productive way for busy professionals to invest in their personal and professional development.
