Birmingham Repertory Theatre has announced two senior full-time vacancies across its fundraising and theatre production teams.
The REP is recruiting a Fundraising Development Manager to help grow income through trusts and foundations, individual giving, corporate partnerships and donor campaigns. Working alongside the Director of Fundraising, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the organisation’s fundraising strategy and building relationships with supporters. The permanent role offers a salary of £43,000 per year.

The theatre is also seeking a Head of Workshops to lead its scenic construction teams across woodwork, metalwork and props. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of productions from concept to stage, managing workshop operations, budgets, staff and health and safety while championing sustainable working practices. The permanent position offers a salary of around £45,000 per year, with a higher salary available for an exceptional candidate.
