People looking to strengthen their understanding of mental health and learn how to support others will have the opportunity to become certified Mental Health First Aiders at a two-day training course taking place in Birmingham on 14th –15th July 2026. The course, organised by Birmingham Mind in partnership with the Aston Villa Foundation, will be held at the Holte Hub at Villa Park.
The accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) programme is designed to equip participants with the skills to recognise signs of poor mental health, provide initial support, and guide individuals towards appropriate professional help.
