Community Appeal Seeks Essential Clothing Donations for Local Children

The Ladywood Community Project has launched an appeal for donations of new socks and pants for children aged between three and eleven, aiming to support families facing financial hardship across the local area.

The charity is asking residents to donate new, unopened packs of children’s underwear and socks, highlighting that these everyday essentials are among the items most frequently requested by parents in need. Donations will help ensure children have access to basic necessities that contribute to their comfort, confidence and readiness for school.

The deadline for donations is the 8th July. Community members wishing to contribute or learn more about the appeal can contact the Ladywood Community Project directly.
