Businesses from across the Westside district attended the second in a new series of monthly drop-in sessions organised by Westside BID, aimed at strengthening communication and support for the local business community.
The informal “Community Safety & Business Connect” session brought together BID representatives, Wardens and Local businesses to discuss issues affecting the area, including anti-social behaviour, safety concerns, footfall and day-to-day operational challenges.
Held at venues within the Westside district, the sessions are designed to give levy-paying businesses direct access to the BID team in a relaxed environment where they can raise concerns, share feedback and learn more about available support services.
Westside BID launched the initiative earlier this year as part of wider efforts to improve engagement with businesses and encourage greater collaboration across the district.

Business Liaison Manager Elaine Weir said:
“The monthly meetings are intended to create stronger relationships between businesses, community partners and the BID”.
Businesses can book the next session, which takes place on Tuesday 9th June.
