A new wellbeing-focused networking event is set to bring together professionals and creatives in Birmingham for a morning centred on connection, creativity and mental health.
Creative Minds: A Morning of Connection & Wellbeing will offer attendees the opportunity to step away from the pace of daily work and engage in a more reflective, community-driven environment. The event aims to combine informal networking with discussions around the role creativity can play in supporting mental wellbeing.
Hosted at the Leonardo Royal Hotel and Organised by Birmingham Mind the session will feature guest speaker Amika Barnett, who is expected to explore how creative practices can positively influence mental health and personal resilience. Alongside the talk, attendees will be encouraged to connect with others in a relaxed setting, with light refreshments provided.
The event is designed to appeal to a wide audience, from business professionals to those working in the creative sector, as well as anyone with an interest in wellbeing. It also supports the work of Birmingham Mind, a local charity delivering mental health services across the region.
As conversations around workplace wellbeing continue to grow, events like this reflect a broader shift towards integrating mental health awareness into professional and community spaces.
