Families are being invited to Broadway Plaza located in Westside for a free day of superhero-themed entertainment in support of Birmingham Children’s Hospital.
Super Saturday will take place on Saturday 3rd October 2026 from 10am to 4pm, in partnership with Westside BID. The event will feature appearances from Spider-Man and Batman, alongside the chance to see the iconic 1989 Batmobile.
Children can also take part in free face painting and watch a bubbleologist create bubble displays throughout the day.
Visitors will be able to make charitable donations and enjoy activities, including a prize wheel, a 21ft climbing wall and outdoor bowling. Nuffield Health will also run children’s exercise classes, with free gifts available for participants.
Businesses across Broadway Plaza are joining the event, with families also able to make use of the centre’s wider entertainment and dining facilities, including ODEON, bowling and Rock Up.

Super Saturday is free to attend, with donations requested for some activities. The event runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 3 October at Broadway Plaza.
