Support Mental Health in Birmingham: Join the 2025 Mental Elf Fun Run with Birmingham Mind

Businesses across Birmingham are being invited to support mental health and community wellbeing by taking part in the 2025 Mental Elf Fun Run, organised by Birmingham Mind. This uplifting annual event returns on Sunday 30th November 2025, offering a unique opportunity for local companies to show their commitment to mental health in a fun, festive, and inclusive way.

The event features 5km and 1.5km routes designed for all ages and abilities — with no pressure to compete. Participants can run, jog, walk, or skip their way through the course in cheerful elf-themed costumes that bring a sense of fun and community spirit.

But this event is about more than just festive exercise. With one in four people currently facing mental health challenges, initiatives like Mental Elf are critical. By participating or sponsoring the event, businesses can make a real difference — supporting frontline mental health services and much more.

Birmingham Mind is inviting local organisations to consider sponsorship packages that will not only support vital services but also deliver real benefits for businesses.

Supporting Mental Elf 2025 is a chance to:

  • Raise your business profile while demonstrating meaningful social responsibility
  • Make a direct impact on mental health services in Birmingham
  • Engage employees in a rewarding, team-oriented experience
  • Take a stand on a vital issue that affects employees, clients, and the wider community
