This week marks the final full week of the Westside BID ballot, with a just few days remaining until voting closes at 5:00 PM on Thursday 3rd July 2025.
If you’re a levy-paying business in the Westside district and haven’t yet submitted your vote, now is the time to act.
IMPORTANT: If you have not received your ballot paper, the deadline to request a replacement is 10:00 AM on Friday 27th June 2025. Don’t miss your chance to have your say.

These initiatives have helped create a stronger, more appealing environment for businesses, employees, customers, and visitors alike.
Casting your vote is quick and easy. Look for your bright yellow C5 envelope containing your ballot paper and the prepaid brown return envelope. Simply mark your vote, seal it, and pop it in the post as soon as you can. If you’ve received more than one envelope, you’re entitled to vote more than once—just be sure to complete and return each one separately.
