Elevate your wellbeing: free virtual classes for Westside BID members.

Westside BID is committed to supporting the wellbeing of its local community by offering free fitness classes designed to improve both physical and mental health.

Whether you’re a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just getting started, our sessions are suitable for all levels.

Every Wednesday at 13:00 members can enjoy a range of fitness classes which includes Yoga, Tabata, Pilates and Circuits.

Our latest class features a dynamic circuit workout, guided by Jamie Cullen from Coaches for Change.

The circuit consists of 10 exercises, each repeated until the timer runs out. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of breaks to catch your breath and hydrate. It’s all about moving at your own pace, so feel free to pause when needed.

If you are a business within the area and would like to join the fun, contact Media and Communications Manager Luisa Huggins at luisa.huggins@westsidebid.co.uk
