Get moving for mental health: Join “move more for march” today.

As the days get longer and the weather warms up, there’s no better time to get active and make a positive change for both your body and mind. Birmingham Mind invites you to take part in their exciting initiative, Move More for March, a month-long challenge designed to boost mental health awareness and encourage healthier lifestyles.

Move More for March encourages you to commit to 30 minutes of physical activity every day for the entire month of March – that’s 31 days of movement!

Whether you’re walking, running, cycling, dancing, swimming, skipping, stretching, or even cleaning, the goal is simple: get your body moving in a way that feels good to you. The beauty of this challenge is that you can mix up your activities every day, so you’ll never get bored, and you can choose what fits best with your schedule.

Not only will you be improving your physical health, but you’ll also be supporting an incredibly important cause, mental health awareness. By participating in Move More for March, you’re helping raise funds and awareness for mental health initiatives in Birmingham.

When you sign up for free, you’ll receive a free activity tracker to help you keep track of your progress throughout the month. And as a thank you for raising £20 or more for the cause, you’ll be rewarded with a free t-shirt to show off your achievement.
