West Midlands Police have issued these pictures of two suspects wanted for questioning following a robbery on Broad Street.
The appeal using CCTV-generated pictures has come nearly two months after a male victim was robbed after getting into a car in the early hours of Friday 3 May.
A police spokesman said the man robbed is “okay” but that officers were determined to find the criminals responsible.
Images of the two men police want to speak to include one who has a beard and is wearing a grey-hooded coat, a white T-shirt, light blue ‘stonewashed’ jeans and white or light grey trainers. The second man has black hair, a beard and is wearing a black Nike top, possibly a hoodie.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Do you know either of these men? We’re investigating after a man was robbed of cash after getting into a car on Broad Street, Birmingham in the early hours of Friday 3 May.
“Thankfully he’s okay, but we’ve been working to identify and trace those responsible and now want to speak to the two men in the image.”
Anyone who can help police should call 101 or message officers via the Live Chat on the West Midlands Police website, quoting crime reference 20/374428/24.
