Our man Olley gets the A to Z of X + why during a visit to their innovative workspaces

X + why are on a mission to create flexible workspaces for purpose-driven businesses. Westside business leader MIKE OLLEY dropped in to visit their new premises at Foundry, 6 Brindleyplace to see what makes them so special.

Myself and Elaine from Westside popped over to x + why in Brindleyplace the other day, to look at their new innovative workspace environments.

We met the general manager, Alwin, who gave us an impressive tour of the facilities.

First, we arrived in a yoga room, for those who want to relax and get the stress of work off their shoulders.

X + why have a very clear business mission, which is to impact society by having high standards of performance within the company. And this was evident in all that we saw.

I was impressed by the green and modern work environments. It is clear that x + why are keen to create comfortable and attractive workspaces for people.

They have this in abundance, make no mistake. It definitely has a homely feel.

As I walked around, I found they had more than one plant per person – could be as much as two or three – and this creates a positive atmosphere.

They also provide bike parks, standing desks, member wellness events, and loads of natural light.

I enjoyed my visit and can certainly see how this company is making a real difference.

Well done guys, I love it!
