Just who could this pretty damsel be hidden amongst the froth on a caffè latte at Novotel’s Gourmet Bar on Broad Street?
It’s probably not the first time anyone has been served a latte in this way, but teetotaller and Westside general manager Mike Olley has never come across it before.
“The drink was as good as it looked,” Mr Olley commented, as Novotel’s enterprising general manager Alfredo Rabadan showed off the 3D printer technology on his new coffee machine.
It’s just one of the feats that the bar can produce on its froth, as the BID’s media liaison manager Elaine Weir found out when she asked Alfredo to reproduce Westside’s own logo.
The Westside BID team is now offering a bottle of bubbly to be enjoyed at the new Novotel bar for the winning best suggestion of who the mysterious woman could be.
