Local TV is offering Westside businesses a marketing spring clean

The Westside Business Improvement District is renowned for its ‘golden mile’ of popular night-time economy offerings.

Many may not know, however, that Westside also has a range of news corporations located in the heart of the district, including Local TV.

And for just £695, they are offering businesses the opportunity to produce a 20-second TV commercial which will broadcast in a region of your choice, six times a day, for four weeks.

The Local TV Network operates local news video services on Freeview, Sky, Virgin Media, online and social media in Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds, Liverpool, North Wales, Teesside, and Tyne & Wear.

Luisa Huggins, media and communications manager at Westside BID, said: “We’ve had the pleasure of working with local TV for the last few years, and it’s been brilliant.

“They work with you as the client to ensure they are achieving the results you require at the highest possible standard.”

Alison Tootill, channel director at Local TV, said: “Since the beginning of the pandemic, Local TV has helped 279 local businesses promote their offering.

“By reducing production costs and offering free airtime, our ‘Support Local’ campaign creates a 20-second commercial and broadcasts it on Birmingham TV for four weeks, six times per day when your business is ready.

“The content we create can also be used on your websites and social media platforms.” For any queries, please contact Alison at alison.tootill@uklocal.tv.
