Business networking events return to Westside, starting at Del Villaggio

A new series of physical business networking meetings featuring dozens of guests has returned to Westside.

Birmingham’s Unique Network, run by experienced sales and events manager Sheila Kelly-Trow, welcomed businessmen and women to its event at Del Villaggio on Broad Street on Wednesday 20 October.

The event saw more than 40 of the city’s leading professionals buying tickets at £25 a head to meet, exchange views and contact details with each other while enjoying a variety of Italian dishes.

Sheila Kelly-Trow said: “The event was a real success, and we were so pleased with the positive turnout and people’s desire to resume networking in the usual way, as opposed to virtually, which is what we all became accustomed to in the last two years.

“There are more events that are due to take place in the coming months and we are looking forward to welcoming people back to the city.”

Luisa Huggins, media and communications manager at Westside BID, said: “Congratulations to Sheila and her colleagues for organising such a fantastic event. I really enjoyed myself and the BID looks forward to supporting her future events.”

The next Birmingham’s Unique Network event is due to take place from 12 noon to 2.30pm on Wednesday 17 November at Siamais on Brindleyplace.

Spaces cost £25 a head, which includes a drink on arrival and a two-course lunch. To book visit https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/bun-november-event-tickets-192323202877
